Services Provided
We provide full services in relation to assistance with the Australian visa process. The full visa service is subject to a contract of services which will be provided to the client and signed by the client in agreement before proceeding with such service.
The Visa Assessment Service
The Visa Assessment Service provided on this website is a fixed price service for one person (the ‘Client’) , based on the information supplied to us.
This service will outline any visa option/s available to the Client. The response will be sent to the nominated email account within 7 working days.
Information Provided by the Client
Optima Migration will use and rely on information provided by the Client in the provision of the Visa Assessment Service. We will not independently verify or assume responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of such information. Accordingly, the information provided by the Client must be correct, including date of birth, qualifications and work history, contact details, etc. If the information provided by the Client is not correct, the Service may not be accurate.
Any advice provided to you should not be used by any third party as each case varies depending on the particular circumstances of the applicant and the applicant’s family.
Fees Payable
Fees payable for full visa service will be quoted based on individual circumstances through a proposal for services.
The Visa Assessment Service fee quoted on this website is in Australian dollars (AUD)
Refunds
The Visa Assessment Service fee is not refundable if the user has changed their mind after applying for the service and payment of the applicable fee.
Laws applicable
This online merchant is located in Western Australia. We comply with the Australian Consumer Law
The agreement Terms shall be governed by the laws of Western Australia. The Courts of Western Australia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes (including claims of set-off and counterclaims) in connection with this Agreement.
