Temporary employer sponsored visa (subclass 457)
I can assist the employer and the employee in the application process for this visa to ensure that is is hassle free as much as possible.
This visa process is the quickest way to start full time work for the employer.
This visa process has 3 distinct stages where the employing business has to approved as a sponsor, the nominated position has to be approved and the visa applicant is granted visa for temporary stay in Australia.
The employing business and the visa applicant will need to demonstrate that they meet the required criteria set for each stage of the process.
The 457 visa holders are required to remain with the sponsoring employer in the nominated position unless a new sponsorship is sought. This visa may provide a platform for the visa holder to apply for permanent residence.
Permanent employer sponsored visas (subclass 186 and 187)
These visas fall under the Employer Nominated Scheme (ENS) or the Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme (RSMS). Both schemes can be used to sponsor employees for permanent residency.
The direct entry stream allows employers to sponsor employees directly into the permanent residency.
The temporary residence transition stream allows those employees who have been working with their employer on a 457 visa for at least 2 years to be sponsored by the employer into permanent residency.
Please contact us to discuss the criteria for the employers and employees to qualify under this program.
